1. No. There isn't one close and I don't agree with their business practices.
2. Yes, we support friends who are missionaries. We choose mostly by the fact that they are friends and they ask. But we also like to support others in doing missionary work.
1. Yes--there aren't many other options around the area, although I don't like Wal-Mart as a corporation.
2. I give where and how much the Spirit moves me to give. Some causes I feel more tied to than others (such as Christian education, local church groups, and missionaries we support).
1. no i don't agree with walmart and why shop there when there are so many other good places to shop. (and more wholesome)
2. yes, but if by charities you mean the homeless on the corner and the people who deserve a good home cooked meal (new friends and aquentanices) i have yet to start the homeless minsitry, but so many in Denver have aspired me to greater things. Like keeping food in my car in small one packs so that i can hand it out, when someone asks for money. other then that the church.
Yes, not often but on rare occasion I do. You see, my social conscience has been twanged by my cousin Rach and so if I do shop there, it is with a heavier heart and some guilt.
Yes, I donate as the spirit leads. Sometimes its to a ministry my church supports, sometimes its charity of the random person kind. As the spirit leads
